I Am Stage 4 Foundation is dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by advanced cancer while providing meaningful community support and charitable assistance.
We believe a Stage 4 diagnosis changes your life — but it doesn't have to ruin it. The foundation exists to help people live more intentionally, more adventurously, and more fully than the day before the diagnosis, and to stand with the families and communities who carry that weight alongside them.
Beyond cancer support, the Foundation extends its charitable work to those who serve. Through its DBA, Ironwake Search & Rescue Foundation, we support U.S. Coast Guard active-duty, Reserve, and Auxiliary members and their communities.

The Foundation supports charitable initiatives through its DBA, Ironwake Search & Rescue Foundation. This work includes support for U.S. Coast Guard active-duty, Reserve, and Auxiliary members — honoring those who protect our waters and the families who stand behind them.
Ironwake extends the same spirit that drives our cancer support: meeting real need, building community, and turning shared experience into meaningful action.
